PAYING YOUR RENT MADE SIMPLE

EFT PAYMENTS

  • Pay the amount reflected on your monthly invoice directly into Ithemba’s bank account.
  • Your Reference Number is important, use the correct details to avoid penalty charges.
  • When the correct reference number is not allocated to your account this may result in your payment being deemed as “late” or “not paid”
  • Insert your Reference Number into the fields marked Beneficiary Required or Recipient Reference. Do Not include reference in field marked “Customer Reference”

To make life even easier, you can make your rental payment directly to your Building Manager or at any of our Ithemba Letting Offices.

 

FAQ’s

I made a payment at an ATM, why have I received a penalty/late payment warning?

If you have not included the correct reference number as shown on your monthly invoice, the payment cannot be accurately allocated to your account. It is important to use the correct reference when making payments in the fields marked Beneficiary Required or Recipient Reference to avoid warnings or penalties.

To ensure that your payments are reflected correctly on our systems, please use your reference number in the fields marked Beneficiary Required or Recipient Reference to avoid confusion or penalties.

 

Where can I find my reference number?

Your reference number can be found on your monthly invoice in the section marked Tax Invoice Number in the top right-hand section of the invoice. It can also be found in the sample deposit slip at the end of your statement marked “Reference”.
