IPM: Where are you from?
I’m from a vibrant township in Benoni, under the City of Ekurhuleni
IPM: Where did you go to school?
I attended St Francis College
IPM: How long have you worked at Ithemba Property?
I've been working for Ithemba Property since 18 September 2019
IPM: How long have you worked in the property/rental industry?
I have worked and grown my passion for the property industry for close to over 6 years now.
IPM: What do you like most about your job?
People are always looking for better homes that suit their needs. This opens up a great opportunity for us to meet those needs, provide them with the type of homes they’re looking for and make sales daily.
IPM: What is a typical day like?
A typical day consists of making cold calls to source potential tenants, following up with existing applications paperwork and payments in the as well as our daily viewings.
IPM: What’s a common question you get from customers?
The most common question I get from clients is “Do I have to pay a deposit?”
IPM: Favourite memory from work?
On the 1st of October 2020, I managed to improve my sales drastically.
